Processing Time:
All items are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready.
Shipping Times:

Domestic (US): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (may vary based on location and customs)
Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Local Pickup:
We offer local pickup for customers within the GTA. When placing your order, select the Local Pickup option at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our store/warehouse.
Customs & Import Fees:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
